Delicious Gluten Free Bread

Ingredients :
  • 100 gm. Royal Red Rice Flour (or Royal White Rice Flour)
  • 100 gm. Royal Sorghum(Jowar) Flour(sweeten taste)
  • 100 gm. Royal Soy Flour (Great source of Iron)
  • 100 gm. Royal Millet (Bajara) Flour
  • 100 gm. Royal Yellow Corn flour (Nutty flavour)
  • 2 tsp. Royal Guvar Gum (bounding Agent)
  • 1 ½ tsp Yeast
  • 1 big spoon of psyllium husk (give us nice spongy and help to raise bread
  • 50 ml SARAS GHEE
  • 320 ml Water
  • 50 gm. Royal Seeds (Sunflower/Lin/Pumpkin/Sesame seeds)
Procedure :
Step 1 :
Take all ingredients mix it well.

Step 2 :
After that put it on the oven for 55 min. (maintain the temperature 0n 180C)

Tip: It needs more mixing than normal bread.
