Shahji’s Dal Tadka

Ingredients :
  • Yellow moong dal 1.1/2 cup
  • Water 4 cup
  • For seasoning ;Shahji’s seasoning bowl
  • 1 tsp Royal cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Royal Black mustard seeds
  • 1 tblsp Royal garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chili
  • 1 tblsp SARAS GHEE
Procedure :
Step 1 :
Boil yellow moong dal in deep pan for 20/25 minutes.

Step2 :
After preparing dal soup take a seasoning bowl pour ghee in it. Turn on the stove.

Step3 :
Then add garlic paste and green chili, mustard and cumin seed and wet until the spices pop up.

Step4 :
Add the dal soup in it.

You can Garnish the dish with fresh coriander and you can serve it with rice and roti.
