Shahji’s Gluten Free Porridge (Halwa)

  • Singoda Flour-1/2 cup (Gluten Free Flour) Royal water chestnut flour
  • Sugar/Royal Jaggery ½ cup
  • SARAS GHEE-2-3 tblsp
  • Hot water/milk-1 ½ cup
  • Royal Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Royal Cashews-2 tblsp
  • Royal Raisins-2 tblsp
  • Royal Walnut Pcs-1 tblsp
  • Royal Almond slices-1 tblsp
Procedure : Step 1 : Take a pan and put it on the stove. Step 2 : Pour SARAS GHEE in it and heat it on low flame. Step 3 : Then pour Royal Singoda Flour and stir it with SARAS GHEE until it turns golden brown. Step 4: Then add hot water or milk along with sugar and Royal Cardamom powder. Step 5: Keep stirring the mixture until the ghee starts to get separated. Garnish the dish with Royal cashew pcs, Royal raisins and other Royal nuts.
